All the Mother’s Groups here at The Motherhood Centre have been specifically developed for parents of babies between 0 – 3 years. You’ll find a comfortable environment in which you can feed your baby with changing facilities available.
Our Mother’s Groups have a primary focus on parental wellbeing and community building. These Groups have been created because I (the founder) deeply felt the need for a supportive environment during my own postpartum journey—a place where connection, support, and shared experiences in early motherhood are at the heart of everything we do.
This unique 10-week Mother’s Group series for first and second-time mums is thoughtfully designed based on the needs of hundreds of women. It provides a supportive environment to exchange experiences, gain insights, and build meaningful relationships with others at a similar stage in their motherhood journey.
What's Included
- All-Inclusive Price: $28 per session, covering both mum and baby.
- Intimate Group Size: Limited to 10 members to ensure meaningful interactions and personalized attention. You’ll be grouped with other mums whose babies are at a similar stage.
Amenities
Enjoy changing facilities stocked with spare nappies and wipes. Bathrooms for parents just off our space.

Venue Details
The Motherhood Centre is located at Level 1, Suite 7, 13 Digitaria Drive Gledswood Hills. underground parking is available on site with lift access to Level 1. Once you exit the lift head left down the corridor to find The Motherhood Centre.
Missed a Session?
We know that babies can be unpredictable, so if you miss a session, you’ll still have access to all the resources afterward. For the safety of all babies, if I’m feeling unwell, the session will be rescheduled.

Looking for a Baby First Aid Class?
I also offer practical Baby First Aid classes covering infant CPR, choking response, and how to handle common emergencies like fevers, burns, bumps, and allergic reactions. Book a spot in our next monthly Baby First Aid session. Suitable for parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles. Private First Aid Classes also available.
